Dr. Harald Linné is a managing director in Heidrick & Struggles’ Munich office and industry lead of the Healthcare & Life Sciences & Chemical Practice for On-Demand Talent. As co-founder of Atreus, an interim executive management company acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2023, he is one of the pioneers of interim management in Germany.
Experience
Harald has more than 25 years of experience in general and interim management. He focuses on professionally staffing top-management positions at medium sized and large companies in restructuring, turnaround, and rapid-growth phases, as well as on program management such as performance improvement and IT/digital, and international assignments. His specialties include executing complex transformation and value creation programs in manufacturing industries, business services and high-tech.
Harald has experience working closely with private equity investors and leveraging experienced managers to drive value creation in portfolio companies, including through advisory boards, top management, and projects. Before founding Atreus, he had various executive positions at consulting and software companies.
