Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Kathy was an advisor, instructor, consultant, and program director at California State University, Long Beach. In collaboration with various schools across the university, she led initiatives in assessment, training, and targeted support that helped increase the overall graduation rate and enhanced the learning experience for young professionals, preparing them to become valuable assets to any organization.
Born in Taiwan, Kathy deeply understands the unique experiences, mindsets, and challenges associated with living cross-culturally. She is fluent in Taiwanese and Mandarin and a bilingual facilitator for cultural sessions.
