Kathy is an executive coach and culture advisor, partnering with senior leaders to align personal insight with organizational purpose, strategy, and values. She helps leaders build trust, strengthen individual and team performance, and foster high-performing, values-driven cultures. She advises executives across industries on culture and strategy alignment, acquisition integration, team effectiveness, and inclusive leadership.
Kathy brings a global, cross-cultural perspective to clients, informed by previous experience leading leadership development initiatives in education and designing programs that strengthened performance and advanced equity outcomes.
