Melissa Lind is a partner with Heidrick Digital, aligned to the global Technology and Private Equity sectors and based in Heidrick & Struggles’ San Francisco office. She helps clients enable their leadership strategy and organizational performance with the Heidrick Navigator intelligence platform.

She demonstrates her expertise with talent strategy, organizational agility, and digital transformation client engagements and utilizes her strengths in building long-term relationships, creating connections, and taking innovative approaches to solving organizations’ human capital goals.
Melissa has spent 20+ years in software and services, twelve in technology, and eight in leadership development, coaching, and consulting. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Melissa worked at a leading human capital management technology firm, focusing on talent strategy, organizational agility, and digital transformation in technology, manufacturing, and services. She collaborated with clients and partners to build custom approaches and roadmaps to drive growth, agility, retention, and risk reduction.
