Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Pedro worked in another global search firm for 11 years. He has advised private equity firms on the succession plans of the leadership teams of their portfolio companies, including the appointment of both executive and non-executive directors. He began his career as a public sector auditor with Horwath.
He is fluent in English and Spanish and speaks some French.
