Ursula Lehnert is a senior client principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Rio de Janeiro office and a member of the Leadership Consulting Practice. She advises organizations on the people aspects of business transformation, with expertise in culture transformation, leadership assessment, succession planning, and leadership development.
Experience
With more than 20 years of global consulting experience, Ursula helps organizations strengthen leadership capabilities, enhance executive team effectiveness, and drive cultural change. She partners with clients to identify the leadership and cultural shifts needed to achieve strategic objectives and designs practical solutions that create lasting impact. She also works closely with senior executives to improve team dynamics, align priorities, and sustain high performance.
Drawing on experience living and working in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, France, and Brazil, Ursula brings a multicultural perspective to her work. She helps clients across a range of industries, including consumer goods, telecommunications, chemicals, banking, and healthcare.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Ursula spent 18 years with another global consulting firm, working across Europe, the United States, and South America. Earlier in her career, she was a biophysics researcher at Yale University. A certified leadership coach, Ursula is experienced in a broad range of leadership assessment tools. She has supported numerous organizations with succession planning, leadership, and executive team acceleration programs that strengthen individual effectiveness, team performance, and organizational impact.
