She focuses on the people side of business transformations and is an expert in designing and delivering culture transformations and leadership development programs.

With more than 19 years of global consulting experience, Ursula has technical expertise in culture and people, leading client engagements focusing on large-scale global culture transformations, change management, capability building, and leadership development.
Ursula partners with clients to design solutions that drive lasting transformation across organizations, teams, and leaders. This collaborative approach identifies key drivers needed to define a future cultural footprint aligned with the organization’s strategy and aspirations. She works with leaders to enhance their team effectiveness and dynamics, enabling them to achieve their strategic objectives.
Ursula’s multicultural perspective comes from her experiences living and working in several countries, including Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, France, and Brazil. Her clients operate across multiple industries, including consumer goods, telecommunications, chemical industry, banking, and healthcare.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Ursula worked for 18 years at another global consulting firm across Europe, the United States, and South America.
Ursula also worked at Yale University as a biophysics researcher.
