Overview
Ed Manfre is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Los Angeles office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. He specializes in helping CEOs and C-suite clients accelerate change and performance through a full suite of leadership and culture solutions.
Experience
Ed has more than 15 years of experience partnering with clients in a variety of industries, including global technology, biopharmaceuticals, consumer products, and energy, and across a range of contexts, from start-up mode and growth emphasis to M&A integration. His consulting experience spans a few firms, including PwC, Senn Delaney Leadership, and most recently, another executive search firm where he served as a leader in their global leadership advisory practice and consultant to clients.
Ed’s leadership journey began when his career in media was disrupted by a failed large corporate acquisition, which resulted in lost employee confidence, jobs, and clients. The seemingly invisible dynamics of leadership and culture were the primary culprit, so he dedicated himself to helping others understand and transform them into drivers of growth, performance, and competitive advantage. He speaks English and German.
