Dr. Fiona McIntosh is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Melbourne office and leads Heidrick Consulting in Melbourne. She works with business leaders to align their people, talent, and culture agendas with their business strategy.
Experience
For more than 20 years, Fiona has worked in consulting leadership and industry roles with leading organizations globally, transforming their businesses through people.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Fiona’s role as CEO of FightMND, one of the most successful for-purpose organizations in Australia, gave her a deep understanding of the people challenges facing leaders today.
Previously, Fiona was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and led their organization practice, working with clients internationally to drive their people agenda. Before that, she was a human capital partner at Deloitte, where she was the global lead for the culture practice.
Fiona has worked with clients across sectors, including financial services, industrial, energy, aviation, health and sport. Her engagements focus on people strategy, organization design and operational models, leadership and succession, performance management, learning, and culture.
Fiona is a registered psychologist and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
