Overview

Muriel Moreau is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and a member of the global Financial Services and Private Equity practices.

Experience

With 20 years of experience in executive search, Muriel has extensive experience in leading engagements with a principal focus on private equity, investment management, and banking.

Muriel specializes primarily in serving private equity firms, limited partners (sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family holding companies, and other sources of permanent capital) as well as traditional and alternative asset managers to build and develop their investment, portfolio performance, and support teams. She also assists her clients in the placement of C-Suite and board professionals for portfolio companies by leveraging Heidrick & Struggles’ network across sectors, functions, and geographies.

Muriel advises her clients on multiple leadership matters alongside Heidrick Consulting teams including leadership performance and assessment programs.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Muriel was a partner within the financial services practice of another leading executive search firm where she participated in the launch of the European activities. Muriel began her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She is fluent in English and French.
