Neha Mohunta is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dubai office and a member of the Heidrick Consulting Practice. She has 15+ years of experience as a culture transformation specialist, HR strategist, leadership development practitioner, and certified assessor. Neha works closely with her clients’ C-suites to humanize their workplace practices and deliver holistically on their purpose.
Experience
Neha’s experience spans design and implementation of corporate values, culture transformation journeys, competency modelling, talent management, and leadership assessment and development. She has led various end-to-end transformation projects supporting organizations in the financial services, healthcare, retail, oil & gas, and real estate sectors across the GCC. She has designed and implemented talent solutions such as high potential management, career management, performance management, succession planning, and talent acquisition. She has extensive experience in assessments using tools such as behavioural event interviews, psychometric profiling, and simulations across organizational levels. Neha applies talent analytics to help organizations draw predictive insights for effective decision making in HR and the application of technology to drive efficiency.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Neha was the head of learning and development for Commercial Bank of Dubai where she was responsible for designing the corporate values and the employee value proposition. She also transformed the function from an administrative unit to a high-performing one supported by a new policy and learning management system. Before that, she was a senior consultant at Aon where she led the virtual assessment practice for the MENA region, responsible for introducing the online suite of tools for the Middle East market. She was also a consultant at Right Management India where she led the ‘Great Place to Work Study’ for 2005-2006 and worked in the space of career transition supporting the integration efforts when Gillette was acquired by P&G.
She is a certified assessor in the Hogan Assessment Suite, Facet5, ADEPT-15.
