Neha Mohunta

Overview

Neha Mohunta is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dubai office and a member of the Heidrick Consulting Practice. She has 18+ years of experience and leads culture shaping and leadership development in the Middle East. Neha works closely with her clients' C-suite teams to humanize their workplace practices and deliver holistically on their purpose.

Experience

Neha’s experience spans the design and implementation of culture-shaping journeys from the C-Suite to the frontline, top team development, and leadership assessment. 

She works closely with C-Suite teams to grow awareness of their leadership potential and shadow using diagnostics and assessments. Neha uses the data to design experiential containers that bring inside-out and outside-in perspectives to help leaders and teams operate at their highest collective potential. She complements the leadership development journeys with individual and group coaching to drive deeper transformation. She then enables leadership teams to scale the impact of the values and behaviors they want to seed across the organization. 

Neha advises on HR strategy, working closely with CHROs to elevate HR leadership team performance and align talent management systems, ensuring the process aligns with the desired culture. She provides board and NRC advisory to build the right leadership bench strength through succession planning and high-potential development. 

Neha has worked in the Middle East with founder-led conglomerates, the energy sector, real estate master developers, retail, healthcare, and financial services.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Neha was the head of learning and development for Commercial Bank of Dubai, where she led the bank’s learning and development initiatives and designed its corporate values and employee value proposition. Previously, she was a senior consultant in the leadership practice at Aon for the Middle East and North Africa. She began her consulting career in India with Right Management, focusing on engagements, career transitions, and assessments. 

She is a certified coach (CPCC and ACC) and earned a certificate in trauma-informed coaching (TICC) from the Academy of Inner Science and Mobius Executive Leadership. She is also certified in Hogan Assessment Suite, Saville Suite, and Facet5. She completed the executive program in digital business strategy at the MIT Sloan School of Management and an executive education program on driving effectiveness through talent management at Harvard Business School.
