Silke works on leadership projects for global corporations in the energy, telecommunications, IT, finance, and pharmaceutical industries. She has line experience in operational personnel management and development.
Silke has assessed several hundred middle and top management executives in selection or development assessments through her management diagnostics experience. She focuses on developing nuanced participant profiles, ensuring all stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding of the assessment results and that her development recommendations align with respective personalities.
Silke combines client ownership and tangible results with humor and empathy as a coach and facilitator. She quickly identifies problems and develops pragmatic solutions jointly. Silke is a certified and experienced Hogan Personality Assessment Suite user, a certified workshop facilitator, and a certified management coach.
