Overview

Bhavya Pabby is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New Delhi office and a member of Heidrick Consulting, overseeing Leadership Services in the India region. He has more than a decade and a half of management and leadership consulting experience, working closely with C-suite leaders and teams to solve their leadership and business challenges related to future fit, accelerating teams, and creating personal leadership impact.

Experience

Bhavya has experience linking clients’ strategies to their leadership talent agenda through talent evaluation, succession planning, leadership development journeys, and top team effectiveness. He works with C-suite executives and top teams across these pillars to deliver bottom-line results and create world-class leaders and teams.

Bhavya’s primary focus is helping clients gain deep insights into their leadership talent, whether for selection, promotion, or fitness for a role, and helping them make leadership succession decisions. He has deep experience in leadership assessment methodologies such as competency-based interviews, psychometric profiling, and developmental feedback.

Bhavya has designed and implemented large-scale development programs to build robust leadership pipelines that help future-proof organizations. A significant part of his portfolio involves working with executive teams to increase their enterprise impact and effectiveness through changes in ways of working, behaviors, and enterprise role modeling.

Previously, Bhavya spent nearly a decade with EY and KPMG as a management consultant, helping clients with post-merger integration challenges, re-strategizing their business models, remodeling businesses to increase organizational health of revenue and profits, and managing large-scale global transformation programs.

He is a certified HOGAN assessor and is accredited in Saville WAVE.
