Since joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2014, Lauren has developed search expertise in chief human resources officer, chief customer officer, CEO, board, and general manager searches across enterprise software, cybersecurity, data center, semiconductor, and healthcare technology.
Lauren began her career in human resources with Visible Measures, a video audience measurement and analytics start-up in Boston.
