Linda Reber is a principal with Heidrick Digital, aligned to the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice and based in Minneapolis. She has experience and expertise in helping organizations drive business strategy through their leaders. As the first sales executive in Heidrick Digital, she was instrumental in helping successfully introduce Heidrick Navigator to the market in 2022.


Linda is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional client solutions. Her client-focused approach aims to meet clients where they are, ensuring personalized and effective strategies that address their specific needs. Linda leverages her extensive experience to be client-solution-oriented and focused on impactful results.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Linda was a client director with a notable talent advisory firm. She was an integral part of the healthcare practice team and led the go-to-market product team in the DE&I practice. Her career encompasses a wide range of roles in human resources, talent acquisition, and talent management, with industry expertise spanning consumer goods, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, banking, and financial services.
