Jaime Stratton is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ San Francisco office and a member of the global Human Resources Officers Practice. She builds agile, future-ready leadership teams and advises boards, CEOs, and investors on identifying and attracting exceptional talent.
Experience
Jaime has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the consumer, hospitality, and entertainment sectors. She partners with public companies, private equity-backed firms, and family-owned businesses to elevate their HR functions and drive organizational success.
Jaime identifies and places transformational chief people officers and senior HR leaders in critical roles spanning talent acquisition, talent management, HR transformation, inclusion, and total rewards.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jaime worked with two NFL franchises, redefining HR strategy and guiding the organizations through major operating model transitions.
Jaime worked at Hard Rock International, where she had a critical role in the $1B acquisition and workforce transformation of The Mirage Las Vegas, overseeing 3,700 employees.
Earlier, Jaime built the HR infrastructure for VICI Properties, following its spin-off from Caesars Entertainment, and helped lead the company through a successful IPO. She held progressive leadership roles during her 17-year tenure, shaping culture and engagement for more than 60,000 employees.
