Malcolm Sclanders is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. He is an organisational development architect who is passionate about helping organizations make sense of and win in the future from an organizational, people, and cultural perspective.

Experience

He has more than 25 years of experience helping clients with their transformation agendas in the UK, Europe, United States, and United Arab Emirates. He has significant experience in transformation strategy and implementation, mergers and acquisition, operating model and organisation design, business change management, and workforce and HR transformation. Malcolm works with executive teams delivering sustainable change with quantifiable results. He drives complex programs through leading, managing, and motivating large, mixed professional teams.

During his career, Malcolm has worked for several consultancies, including PA, PwC, Detica, and Capgemini, carrying out various transformation, organization design, and business change assignments. He has also held various line roles, including director of organization effectiveness at Rolls-Royce, and HR roles at Thomas Cook, Perkins Engines, and APV Baker.
