Jay Turk is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and is a member of Heidrick Consulting. His focus is on developing new business and implementing interventions in assessments, senior team development, succession planning, and organizational culture management.

Experience

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jay held positions as head of leadership development at a tech company and CHRO of a real estate investment firm. He also worked in consulting firms, including Hay Group and Korn Ferry. In each role, Jay emphasized developing deep client relationships and implementing interventions to increase effectiveness and achieve business objectives.

As a consultant, Jay has worked across multiple industries, including financial services, industrial, pharmaceuticals, and consumer sectors. He has coached numerous CEOs and executives to develop their personal capabilities and those of their teams. Jay collaborated with boards on succession processes, conducting assessments, integrating data, and providing insights crucial for CEO placements.

Leading global accounts has been a significant aspect of his career, focusing on business development and creating consulting teams worldwide to meet local client expectations.
