Jennifer Tasev is a partner with Heidrick Digital, aligned to the Industrial Practice and based in Heidrick & Struggles’ Toronto office. She is responsible for driving the success of our flagship Heidrick Navigator solution and the overall growth of our B2B digital offerings across industrial sectors.

Jennifer’s experience spans over two decades and includes leadership roles focusing on defining digital and commercial strategy, building start-ups within global organizations, and advising executive teams across industries on leadership succession and development strategy. She has worked across a wide range of industries, focusing on industrial, financial services, and consumer.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jennifer held senior leadership positions at a leading management consultancy focused on integrating talent-centric digital solutions into the firm’s broader capabilities. Her years in management consulting and sales leadership have deepened her passion for building results-driven, high-performing teams and delivering client-centered solutions.
