What CEOs learn from board roles: An interview with Carsten Hellmann, CEO of ALK-Abelló and NED of Coloplast

For our new video series, “What CEOs learn from board roles,” Heidrick & Struggles’ Tobias Petri speaks with Carsten Hellmann, the CEO of ALK-Abelló, a global pharmaceutical company specializing in immunotherapy, and non-executive director of Coloplast, a healthcare technology company. Hellmann talks about the ways his role as a non-executive director has benefitted his job as the CEO of ALK and what surprised him about joining the board of Coloplast.
