What CEOs learn from board roles: An interview with Johanna Lamminen, CEO of Gasum and NED of Sampo and Cargotec

For our video series, “What CEOs learn from board roles,” Heidrick & Struggles’ Tuomo Salonen speaks with Johanna Lamminen, the CEO of Nordic energy company Gasum and non-executive director of Finnish financial services provider Sampo and global cargo handling company Cargotec, to discuss the benefits and challenges of having a non-executive director role in a different industry than her executive role.
