Claire Babel is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and a member of the Consumer Markets and CEO & Board of Directors practices. She previously served as the regional managing partner for the Consumer Markets Practice in Europe & Africa, and as the global sector leader for Consumer Products.
Experience
With 20 years of experience in executive search, Claire has completed hundreds of C-suite searches for a wide range of companies, from multinational corporations to private equity-backed companies and start-ups in the consumer packaged goods, retail and luxury, and hospitality and entertainment sectors.
She is a trusted advisor in talent management, focusing on conducting complex, cross-border searches for CEO and key functional leaders. She has also participated in a number of assessments of executives in various sectors. Claire also works for a variety of industries and services where she assists organizations in further developing a culture of consumer centricity and brand building.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Claire worked at one of France's leading search boutiques.
