Overview
Matthieu Galian is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and a member of the Legal, Risk & Compliance Practice. He helps develop the firm’s activities with law firms in France and Continental Europe, and works as a functional expert on select general secretary, general counsel, and legal director mandates.
Experience
Matthieu has more than 10 years of experience in executive search, having developed his own boutique firm, Bridge Consulting, an executive search boutique focusing on senior legal and finance hires and serving an international client base of both corporates and law firms.
Before his career in executive search, Matthieu was appointed secretary general and COO of Groupe Glem (TF1). Before that, he was secretary general in charge of strategic development for DI Group (now Groupe Les Echos). Matthieu began his career as deputy director of Gaumont Multimedia. He also trained as a lawyer at Wilde Sapte, a London-based law firm.
