Giulia Iuticone is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Milan office and a member of the Financial Officers, Consumer Markets, and Financial Services practices, focusing specifically on finance and PE executive searches. Her consolidated background in finance allows her to work across different sectors and industries including consumer, industrial, and financial services.
Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Giulia worked for large corporates including Schneider Electric, as head of financial planning and analysis in Italy, and General Electric, where she held several roles in finance across oil & gas, power and security businesses mainly in Europe. Through her corporate background, she gained extensive experience in finance transformation, business continuous improvements, e-commerce, and digitization topics. She worked with executive leaders across the organization in sales, marketing, finance, HR, supply chain, and digital.
Giulia started her career in the Banca Intesa asset management company, reporting to the head of investor relations for the hedge funds division. She is an Italian native speaker and fluent in English.
