His experience spans several industrial sectors, with an emphasis on engineered products and distribution.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Tommy worked at another global executive search firm within private equity, advanced technology, and sports. Previously, he was an analyst for an executive search boutique and began his career with PepsiCo.
