Amanda Worthington

Overview

Amanda Worthington is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and global managing partner of the Consumer Practice. Previously, she led the global Consumer Products sector and was the regional managing partner of the Consumer Practice. Amanda’s expertise spans 15 years of cross-border executive search, recruiting board directors, chief executive officers, chief executive successors, division presidents, and heads of operations and supply chain.

Experience

Amanda’s clients include Fortune 500, private equity and venture portfolio companies, and emerging start-ups across a wide range of industries. She frequently works in fast-moving consumer goods, durable products and manufactured goods, and consumer services, including e-commerce and digital distribution. Her work spans high-growth and disruptor companies as well as large established organizations undergoing growth, transformation, and operationally-challenged situations. She has additional expertise with more than 30 founder-driven and family-owned entities, often at the point of critical conversations around ownership or succession.

Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Amanda was a managing partner at a multinational search firm focusing on the consumer, retail, and industrial sectors.
