Lewis Adams is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Mexico City and Monterrey offices and a member of the Industrial and CEO & Board of Directors practices in Latin America. He works with infrastructure, power, oil & gas, automotive, manufacturing, chemicals, and engineering clients.

Experience

Lewis helps organizations build transformational and resilient leadership teams focusing on sustainable results through ethics and purpose. He provides leadership advisory and executive placement services at the CEO and senior executive level in commercial, operations, and finance functions. 

Having lived in Mexico since 2010, Lewis has a cross-cultural understanding and works with a range of Mexican companies and index-leading global organizations. He has over 20 years of experience in executive search and has led a high-growth start-up enterprise.

A British citizen, he is fluent in English and Spanish.

Philanthropy and Service

Lewis sits on the boards of several philanthropic organizations, including Juconi (prevention and remediation of violence against children), Antes de Partir (palliative care for children) and The Anglo-Mexican Foundation (education and social impact). He also sits on the Committee for Culture and Talent at the pioneering ABC Hospital Foundation.
