Scott Bae is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Calgary office and a member of the Industrial Practice. He works with clients across North America on searches for chief executive officers, business unit general managers, financial officers, and procurement officers, primarily in industrial technology and highly engineered products sectors.

Scott partners with Fortune 500, private equity, and venture capital-backed portfolio companies engaged in disrupting legacy industries through IoT and other technology-enabled offerings.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Scott worked at a leading recruitment firm within its consumer and industrial goods practice.
