Scott partners with Fortune 500 and sponsor-backed portfolio companies, specializing in leading searches at the intersection of industrial and technology. His sector focus includes semiconductors, industrial automation, robotics, advanced manufacturing, and technology-differentiated solutions enabling these verticals. Scott is functionally focused on CEOs, P&L leaders, and senior mandates across operations, procurement, and supply chain.
Firm leadership selected Scott to participate in a council of emerging leaders within the Americas region to drive positive change for the organization.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Scott worked in business development, account management, and recruitment management roles in the consumer and industrial goods practice at a large recruitment firm. He is fluent in Korean and English.
