Overview
Eliza Clemens is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the Technology Officers practice. She works with a wide variety of clients with a particular focus on recruiting senior technology and operations executives.
Experience
Eliza’s recent engagements include recruiting chief technology officers, heads of digital, development, data, engineering, security, infrastructure, cloud, architecture, and operations leaders. While her focus has been on financial services clients including banks, private equity, hedge funds, FinTech, and insurance, Eliza has experience recruiting top technology talent across a variety of industries including retail, technology, healthcare, and others.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Eliza was with Axiom, a legal services company based in New York. She was a member of the east coast sales team and was responsible for building and managing client relationships with general counsels across industries.
