She advises boards, CEOs, and senior business executives of multinationals, family-owned businesses, and investors’ portfolio companies on their organizational and leadership challenges.

Before that, she held marketing roles in two leading global branded consumer goods companies in Germany and Benelux. Having lived and worked in multiple countries, Aleid speaks five languages.
