Millie has nearly two decades of experience advising clients in the United Kingdom and Australia on strategic leadership hires that achieve organizational transformation and business turnaround, with experience managing market-sensitive assignments.
She leads C-level mandates across functions including HR, sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, and strategy, as well as group CEO and divisional managing directors for private, public, domestic, and international businesses.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Millie spent a year working with a specialist recruitment firm in Sydney. Before that, she worked as a senior consultant for eight years in a boutique recruitment firm based in the U.K., managing relationships with its financial services clients and project management of significant search engagements.
