Overview
Oleksandr Kosterin is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Kyiv office and head of leadership consulting in Ukraine. He works with multinational and large Ukrainian companies across various industries in order to increase awareness, effectiveness, and growth of executive leaders, top-teams, and their successors.
Experience
Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Oleksandr worked with WE Partners Ukraine as a senior consultant and head of the leadership and talent consulting practice. Before that, he worked for 15 years in talent management at various global HR consulting companies as a certified assessor, coach, and development expert working with teams of leaders, CEOs and their successors. He designed and implemented corporate competency models and provided HiPo and succession planning programs.
Oleksandr has five years of experience in both individual and group psychotherapy before starting his career in leadership consultancy. He is a certified expert of variety of best-in-class assessment tools and consultancy methods.
