Caroline is a strategic partner to multinational clients, helping to place talented executives into CEO, president, C-Suite, and senior management roles. She works with companies seeking cross-border executives and helps to seamlessly navigate the nuances of regional and cultural integration.
Having worked in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments, she brings a unique and tailored approach to her clients. Caroline started her career as a corporate M&A lawyer, where she discovered her passion for problem-solving and analytical thinking. She transitioned to executive search in 2010 and has worked within the international luxury and beauty sectors ever since.
Originally from Antwerp, Caroline is fluent in French, English, Flemish, Hebrew, and Chinese and has lived in several locations around the world.
