David Peck is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Los Angeles office and global leader of the High-Impact Leadership Center of Excellence. This practice offers assessment, leadership development, executive and team coaching, and C-suite advisory services. He serves on Heidrick Consulting’s global leadership team.
Experience
For more than 20 years, David has partnered with CEOs, senior executives, and leadership teams to improve performance, leadership effectiveness, and organizational execution. His work includes assessing, developing, and coaching more than 500 CEOs and senior leaders across industries.
David’s experience scaling a financial services business unit to $21B in assets, leading the integration of a FinTech subsidiary as COO, and completing formal training through Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Certification Program enables him to help leaders translate insight into sustained changes in behavior, decision-making, and results.
David and his team help leaders clarify strategy, address leadership blind spots, strengthen team effectiveness, and adapt to emerging capabilities, including AI. This helps organizations align leadership behavior with business priorities, improve effectiveness with boards and stakeholders, and create the conditions required for consistent execution and growth.
