With years of cross-functional corporate experience, followed by years working in executive search, leadership development, and board advisory, Suresh is a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients advising them on their leadership talent matters. He has a deep interest in leadership and management principals and enjoys helping connect executives to roles that align with their passions.
Suresh joined Heidrick & Struggles after a decade in executive search. In his previous firm, he led the industrial and infrastructure practices with a track record of delivering on various C-suite and board mandates.
Suresh draws on his two decades of global cross-functional general management and leadership experience in various Indian and multinational companies in South Asia, Middle East, Africa, and North America. In his last corporate role, he was a managing director for North America and Caribbean, for a FTSE 100 company. Suresh has successfully set up new ventures and led change and organization renewal.
