Kate St John is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York City office and a member of the global Technology Practice. She partners with leading B2B software companies to fill senior go-to-market leadership roles, including those of president, chief revenue officer, worldwide sales, and Americas sales.
Experience
Kate works with a range of software and technology companies, including those supported by venture capital and private equity, as well as late-stage private and public companies. She also specializes in go-to-market operations and sales strategy recruitment.
Kate joined Heidrick & Struggles in Sydney, Australia, in 2018, working with Australian and internal clients on non-executive, chief executive officer, and general management roles, as well as sales and strategy leadership. She also worked on functional technology searches for chief digital officers, chief technology officers, chief data officers, and chief information officers.
Kate is certified in Hogan Assessment and conducts senior-level executive assessments.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Kate worked at a boutique human capital firm that specialized in leadership, culture, diversity, executive coaching, and strategy.
