Experience
Christoph has more than 16 years of experience building executive and non-executive teams for the life sciences industry globally. He guides clients on C-level succession, senior level development, and organizational strategy across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, animal health, and medical technology sectors in Europe, the U.S. and APAC – with a special focus on the DACH region.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Christoph was a partner at a boutique executive search firm dedicated to life sciences based in London, UK and Berlin, Germany.
Christoph is a native German speaker and fluent in English.
