She focuses on communications and marketing functions including roles in corporate communications and reputation management, employee communications, marketing, and investor relations.

Caroline works on senior assignments across industries within organizations ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to high-growth VC and PE-backed portfolio companies. She also has experience recruiting within the risk and compliance spaces.
Caroline joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2017 from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she was in the fixed income sales & trading division.
