Conor Miller is the general manager of Business Talent Group (BTG), a Heidrick & Struggles on-demand talent company.
Experience
Connor joined BTG in early 2021 as chief revenue officer, overseeing all revenue-related activities.
Before BTG, Conor was a senior vice president of strategic accounts and partnerships at Knowable, working with key clients and partners. Knowable is a contract data management company that spun off from Axiom Law. Conor joined Axiom in 2008 and held various commercial leadership roles across several Axiom businesses.
Before joining Axiom, Conor spent seven years with the Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner), supporting CFOs and CMOs from the world’s largest enterprises. Conor served as a U.S. Army officer after graduating from West Point.
