Experience
Guilherme was a partner at 2Get, a local executive search firm in Brazil, when it was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2019. As a member of 2GET's technology and professional services practices since 2006, Guilherme led executive search and assessment projects for telecommunications, software, hardware, services, consulting, internet and digital pure players.
Previously, Guilherme worked as a telecommunications litigation and regulatory specialist both at global companies such as Nokia and British Telecom (BT) and the renowned Brazilian law firm, Veirano Advogados. He has been a guest speaker at dozens of events in the country in recent years.
