Experience
Nick has more than 25 years of experience in human performance across a range of contexts. Most recently, as a managing consultant at YSC, he specialized in private equity, helping PE firms find and form the best management teams across their portfolios. Before that, his leadership assessment and coaching experience spanned financial services, industrial, media, energy, and public service. In-house, he was the head of HR for a boutique search firm and an executive coach and advisor during Ovo Energy's rapid early growth.
In his early career, Nick was an innovator and coach in high-performance sport. He then spent a decade building a professional development coaching service for Great Britain’s Olympians and Paralympians up to and beyond the London 2012 Games. During this time, he was a regular conference speaker and contributor to the written and broadcast press as an advocate for athlete development and welfare.
