Stacy L. Shamberger


Stacy L. Shamberger is a principal with Heidrick Digital, aligned to the Consumer Markets Practice and based in Heidrick & Struggles’ Washington, D.C. office. She has over 25 years of experience helping companies drive lasting change at scale through digital transformation, operating model redesign, enterprise agility, and leadership development.


Stacy leverages her global leadership and executive experience, and her in-depth knowledge of consulting, technology development, and advanced psychometric instruments to deliver quality solutions and services. 

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2022, Stacy had an extensive career with Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Citibank, ADP, and Fischer Scientific, leading divisions and organizations and building sustainable organizational models that supported high growth. She is a certified executive coach with experience in various psychometric assessment and organizational development models and has contributed to academia in leadership and executive studies programs. 

An internationally recognized speaker and writer, Stacy addresses topics such as leadership development, employee engagement, strategy, technology, and human capital. She has served on several boards and is dedicated to causes such as the arts, childhood development, animal rights, and environmental sustainability.
