Mikako Yoshikawa is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Tokyo office and a member of the Global Technology & Services Practice. She focuses on senior-level talent that enables technology and digital transformation.
Experience
Mikako conducts search engagements for a variety of technology companies to fill their critical roles, including country managers, general managers, chief commercial officers, and chief marketing officers in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C segments. She has experience placing information officers such as CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and chief data officers, and professional services professionals. She has strong knowledge of software, big data, analytics, and cyber security.
Mikako has more than 10 years of executive search experience and market knowledge as an engagement manager and associate in the Technology & Services and Consumer Markets practices. She joined Heidrick & Struggles in a support function more than 18 years ago.
Mikako is an original member of Heidrick & Struggles’ Employee Resource Group, the Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN), delivering valuable programs and activities to colleagues.
