Dan Rubin is a partner with Heidrick Digital, aligned to the Consumer Markets Practice and based in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office. He has over 28 years of experience helping clients deliver results through their people and uncovering and addressing their key talent issues.

Experience

Dan works to address strategic issues related to talent management, aiding companies in achieving growth from within. He connects clients with essential resources to tackle their most pressing talent challenges, including succession planning, talent acquisition, broader recruitment, assessment and development, leader effectiveness, and employee engagement. Dan also helps clients integrate technology into their HR strategies, ensuring they leverage the latest tools and innovations for maximum impact.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Dan held several leadership roles in prominent HR consulting firms, serving as a consultant, account leader, and business unit leader. He has provided consulting services to clients across diverse industries, including the world’s largest publicly traded employer, other Fortune 500 companies, and emerging start-ups.

Having previously lived in London, Dan has extensive experience working with organizations throughout Europe. He is a frequent contributor to thought leadership on critical industry issues and a regular presenter at major industry conferences.
