Experience
Neil leads assessments on search and consulting engagements as part of candidate selection, succession planning, and development environments, as well as part of broader client journeys.
Neil has over two decades of talent management experience, including strategizing and executing the science and practice of executive assessment for selection, development, succession planning, coaching, and leadership development purposes.
Neil has lived and worked in the US, Mexico, and Brazil. He spent several years with the global talent management firm DDI, where he gained an understanding of the challenges of navigating the global business environment while implementing locally relevant leadership solutions.
As managing director for DDI in South America, he oversaw the growth strategy and all operations supporting business development.
