Humberto Branco

Overview

Humberto Branco is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ São Paulo office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. He is responsible for developing and implementing the go-to market strategy and operating model for the firm’s growth in Brazil, in full collaboration with the firm’s executive search business partners. His technical expertise includes culture shaping to support strategy, supply chain mapping and value creation, strategic alliances, and support for decision-making.

Experience

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Humberto was a managing partner at Walking The Talk Brazil. Prior to that, he spent more than 15 years both as a strategy consultant and as an executive, leading strategic supply, global alliances, and supply chain transformation processes.

Humberto has worked on large scale culture transformation projects with major organizations, having special experience with high reliability organizations, the oil & gas industry, aviation & aerospace, logistics, transportation, and infrastructure. Understanding the effects of regulation on business outcomes and culture is frequently under his scrutiny and attention.

Humberto is a former board member of the Brazilian Civil Aviation Authority.
