Overview
Andrew LeSueur is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Stamford office and the global managing partner of Heidrick Consulting. He is also a member of the Industrial Practice. With more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience, Andrew focuses on defining, building, and delivering high-impact services to senior-level client leaders. He is a trusted advisor to clients and has extensive experience in the transportation and logistics sector.
Experience
Andrew joined Heidrick & Struggles from McKinsey & Company, where he was a partner in the operations practice. He worked closely with transportation and distribution, financial services, private equity, and retail clients on supply chain/procurement and operations strategy. He also worked closely with senior management teams on talent and organization.
Prior to McKinsey, Andrew led three supply chain technology and services companies serving clients in the maritime, chemicals, and consumer sectors. He also worked for A.T. Kearney where he focused on operations strategy for consumer products and pharmaceuticals clients. Before business school, he led sales and marketing efforts in Latin America for Mead-Westvaco, a pulp and paper company.
