Léssel Della Manna is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ São Paulo office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. With more than 12 years of experience in executive search, she specializes in hedge funds, wealth management, global markets, and insurance, as well as in leadership development across many industries.
Experience
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Léssel was a partner in an executive search boutique. She was also a director in another multinational search firm and spent five years in one of the leading executive search firms in Brazil. She is particularly knowledgeable about The Heidrick Leadership Framework and the firm’s other proprietary tools.
Léssel started her career as a private practice psychologist, skilled in psychoanalysis, with a demonstrated history of working in different clinical settings for adults and teenagers, as well as a career counselor for executives. She is also a certified professional coach from the Integrated Coaching Institute.
