He has helped clients fill leadership roles, including CEO, CTO, CDO, and global P&L business heads.
Before Heidrick & Struggles, Puneet was a partner with a renowned executive search firm. He has 20 years of experience in leadership hiring and talent acquisition and over 15 years of search experience in the technology sector.
Puneet emphasizes objective assessments based on competency and cultural fit. He leverages relationships built during his tenure in the technology services industry to provide strategic insights into the talent landscape to help clients make informed hiring decisions.
