Ed Sweet is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ San Francisco office and a member of the global Technology & Services Practice. He conducts go-to-market leadership searches across enterprise software and technology, partnering with transformational and growth-oriented companies, covering late-stage pre-IPO through to large scale public cloud companies.
Experience
Ed specializes in senior leadership roles including CRO, COO, president, worldwide sales, divisional sales, channels, customer success, sales operations, vertical leaders, segment leaders and sales engineering. He works with a variety of clients in all stages of growth, including venture capital and private equity-backed companies, as well as Fortune 500 companies.
Before relocating to San Francisco, Ed spent four years in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office, focusing on EMEA leadership roles within U.S. headquartered software companies.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Ed worked at a pan-European boutique executive search firm focusing on the technology and professional services verticals.
