Théo Rotellini is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and a member of the global Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. He focuses on recruiting executives and non-executives for life sciences and healthcare technology clients at international level, covering the entire product value chain. He also has functional expertise in digital and data management for healthcare clients.
Experience
Théo is a trusted advisor on senior executive search and leadership advisory services with particular expertise in digital health, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, CDMO, medical devices, and diagnostics.
He supports the acceleration of European and international companies including major, small, and medium-sized public and private companies, as well as private equity and venture-backed companies, to fill CEO and C-suite roles across the full functional spectrum.
More specifically, Théo has expertise with chief data officer and chief digital officer functions, serving global life sciences companies in the build-up or transformations of their organizations through this digital or data angle.
Théo joined Heidrick & Struggles’ London office in 2019 to support the global Healthcare Practice before moving back to Paris. He is a French native speaker, fluent in English, and is proficient in Spanish.
