Leader as Coach
Builds an organization’s internal capability by providing participants the coaching skills to enhance relationships within teams, between departments, and with key stakeholders. Leaders use their newfound coaching skills to motivate, support, and realize personal and organizational success.
Executive Coach Capability Training Programs
International Coach Federation (ICF)-accredited programs are designed for individuals who want to develop coaching skills and apply them to help achieve personal and organizational goals. Facilitated by coaching experts, they are ideal for anyone who seeks to become an executive coach or a leader who is interested in incorporating coaching into their leadership skill set. These programs provide learners with significant opportunities to put their newfound skills into meaningful practice and apply them in an organizational setting.
Our offerings include:
Designed for those seeking to become International Coaching Federation (ICF)-certified coaches. LCOP programs are available through open enrollment in the United States in partnership with North Carolina State University, Rutgers University, and American University.

The Team Accelerator Coach Programme (TACP)
Program objectives
- To develop professional, authentic and effective coaches using the ICF Competency Framework
- To build a level of confidence and competence through practice and informal/ formal observation
- To raise awareness and skill in dealing with ethical and boundary issues as a professional coach
- To complete the required professional training hours towards individual ICF accreditation
- This programme is designed for experienced executive development professionals who have extensive experience in team development
Format
- Self-assessment and pre-programme discussion with your assigned coach mentor
- Three 3-day workshops (9 – 12 weeks apart) over 9 – 12 months with asynchronous learning in between modules, followed by the final accreditation day
- In each module: impact & presence as a coach, review live client work, learning set, guest speakers & case study
- In between modules: pre-read/ study on the portal, written work/ learning journal (optional), tutorials, live client work
- Personal coach (4x 1.5 – 2-hour sessions) and group (6 hours) mentoring between modules and coach supervision upon graduation
- Completion of a Coaching Log towards individual ICF Accreditation
- Written assignments and recorded practice over the course of the programme
- Programmes are delivered face-to-face and virtually in English
